Bojan Kostic has built an international career in luxury communications, holding senior roles at some of fashion’s most influential houses—Bottega Veneta, Hugo Boss, and Giorgio Armani—with additional experience spanning Roberto Cavalli, Costume National, Missoni, and ETRO. Across these positions he has reshaped how brands communicate, sharpening their visibility, deepening consumer engagement, and supporting commercial growth.

His approach pairs editorial instinct with analytical rigor. Bojan builds narratives that are grounded in data and cultural insight, integrating traditional press relations with digital and social-first strategy. The result is communications work that is both distinctive and measurable—campaigns designed to be remembered and to perform.

Equally at home managing complex programs under pressure, he has a record of delivering across multiple projects and tight timelines. As Marketing and Communications Consultant at Nova Vox PR Advisory, he now applies that experience across the full arc of brand experience, from positioning to consumer touchpoint. His advisory clients have included Jason Wu, Etro, Missoni, Senreve, and Chanel, for whom he has driven customer acquisition and revenue growth through cross-functional collaboration, celebrity endorsements, and partnership development.

Beyond strategy and execution, Bojan is a builder of teams. He leads through a culture of growth and accountability, and his relationships extend across marketing and PR functions to the C-suite. Fluent in English, Italian, German, and Serbian, he moves easily across the markets and cultures that define global luxury.

Bojan holds a degree in Business Administration (Corso di Laurea in Economia Aziendale) from Università Bocconi in Milan, where his commercial training underpins the data-grounded approach he brings to brand storytelling.
